RETURNS
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase and any unwanted items are returned at the customer's expense (unless the product is either proven faulty or was incorrectly sent by London Boxing Shop. The returned item must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please contact us via Instagram messenger or email and we will assist you with the process.
Our items are only insured when we send them to the customer. So when sending the item back it is down to the customer to place insurance on the item at the unlikely event of the delivery company losing the item in transit, once it has arrived back in our hands for us to inspect and clear it is suitable for a refund (not used etc) we will then issue you a refund to the account you paid with.
Refunds
We offer refunds on items which are still in a new sealed condition and might have been purchased then not needed, we cannot accept any items back that have been taken out and worn. Please contact us via Instagram messenger or email and we can arrange things for you.
If the item has been shipped out already and for whatever reason the delivery company has an issue or loses your item (which is very rare) in this instance we will have to await a formal response from the delivery company before being able to issue any refund, This is to make sure we do not then have the items arrive at a later date after we have already refund your money, if this does happen all we can do is apologise until we have the issue resolved.
